Terms and conditions

Plain words, the same ones the rest of the site uses. Last changed 30 October 2026.

Who you are dealing with

taalcut.com and the Pagehouse live cohort are run by Hemavathi R, an individual trading as taalcut, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By paying for a seat or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A seat in the Pagehouse live cohort: four weeks, eight live online sessions, taught in English with some Hindi, plus the material shared during those sessions. It is teaching and feedback from a person, not software and not a service that runs pages for you.

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not reserve a seat and does not commit you to buy anything.

Price and payment

The founding batch costs ₹14,999 per seat. After the founding batch the price is ₹25,000. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay and never reach us. Your receipt is emailed to you after payment.

Seats

The founding batch has 20 seats, given to whoever pays first. Once the 20 are taken, the batch is closed and any extra payment is refunded in full.

Refunds and cancellation

All payments are final and non-refundable. The full rules, including when you do get your money back (for example if we cancel the batch), are on the cancellation and refunds page, which is part of these terms. By paying you confirm that you have read them.

Your seat is yours alone

One seat is one person. Please do not share session links, recordings or material, and do not resell or republish them. If you do, we may remove you from the cohort without a refund.

Everything you make during and after the cohort, every page and every reel, is yours.

No guaranteed results

We teach a method. We do not promise followers, views, brand deals or income, and nothing on this site is a promise of earnings. Other pages mentioned on the site are examples of the model, not results of this cohort. What you get out of it depends on your work, your niche and the platforms, which we do not control.

Follow Instagram's own rules for every page you run. We are not responsible for actions Instagram or any other platform takes on your accounts.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong on our side, the most we owe you is what you paid us for the seat. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and the version shown when you paid is the one that applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore have jurisdiction.
